PRIVACY POLICY

Yamada Studio respects the privacy of the authenticated user and limits this tool to the minimum access required for private visual analysis.
Yamada Studioは、認証したユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、 個人用の視覚分析に必要な最小限のアクセスだけを使用します。
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Visual Board Analyzer, a private, read-only creative tool operated by Yamada Studio for the authenticated user.
Information accessed
With the user’s authorization, the tool may access board names, Pin identifiers, Pin titles and descriptions, image media, and other metadata made available through the connected platform API. It does not request or collect account passwords or session cookies.
Purpose of use
The information is used only to provide the authenticated user with visual design analysis, including observations about color, composition, typography, texture, motifs, and other creative tendencies found in boards selected by that user.
Storage and retention
Connected-platform content and account data are retrieved from the API only when needed and are not persistently stored by the tool. OAuth credentials are kept confidential and used solely to maintain the authorized API connection.
Sharing and sale
Information obtained through the API is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Analysis is returned only to the authenticated user whose account supplied the information.
User control
The user may stop using the tool or revoke its authorization at any time. Because connected-platform content is not persistently stored, the tool does not maintain an independent archive of boards or Pins to delete.
Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect API credentials and restrict the tool to its intended read-only purpose. The public information pages do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the tool’s operation or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown on this page will be revised when material changes are made.
